What to Do When You Poison

Food poisoning can be deadly, therefore, in case of symptoms, you should always seek help.

The main signs that you are poisoned are nausea, upset stomach, dizziness, pain in the abdomen, and sometimes a rise in body temperature and even convulsions.

Before the arrival of the doctor, the patient must adhere to certain recommendations.

Try to drink as much as possible pure water, moreover, do it in small sips. A salubrious broth prepared from potatoes or carrots will be good. The fact is that in this period the body lacks potassium, which can be replenished using these vegetables.

After the end of the course of treatment, it is necessary to gradually enter a complete diet, for which the portions should be small, and the frequency of food intake is increased.

To reduce the inflammatory process in the stomach and intestines, it is recommended to eat oatmeal during breakfast, but it is better to refuse raw vegetables and fruits. As for the evening meal, it is better to use dairy products, especially kefir.
