Habits Affecting Duration of Life

The state of our health, which affects longevity, directly depends on the way we live.

Scientists, having conducted a number of experiments, among residents of countries such as Japan and Spain, and the inhabitants of these countries can boast of life expectancy, revealed some habits that affect this factor.

First and foremost, this is not to allow dehydration of the body, for which, an adult is recommended to drink during the day at least two liters of water.

On the second place is a dream and, as it was possible to find out, people who go to bed in a period of up to 22 hours, feel much better than those persons fall asleep after midnight. However, the most important factor is the psychological state, for which it is necessary to be optimists, to enjoy life.

Among the interviewed people, whose age exceeds 90 years, most have a developed sense of humor and confidence in the future, despite such a venerable age. Naturally, try to devote more time to rest, during which it is better to go on a trip.

Stress Kills Us!

In addition to the standard recommendations for a healthy lifestyle, we would like to talk about another important topic – stress. Unfortunately, in many cases, it is the stresses and depressions that become “silent killers” that destroy our body from the inside. Modern people are constantly faced with stressful situations – at work, at home, in public transport and even on vacation. In this case, many psychologists recommend giving your body psychological relief. This can be done through sports, travel, yoga or positive emotions.
