However, not all workers are given such an opportunity, so they have to deal with this condition with the help of coffee, energy and other tonic drinks, which has a negative impact on the heart and blood vessels.
To prevent this, first of all it is necessary to pay attention to a full rest, especially a night sleep, the duration of which should be at least eight hours.

Nutritionists also recommend a review of the diet, because some products cause drowsiness, because they are better to eat during dinner. One such product is bananas, which are recommended for daily consumption in a moderate amount, because they contain a lot of potassium, magnesium and other substances that improve the work of the heart.

This list also includes walnuts, pumpkin seeds and almonds. In addition, herbal infusions using mint, chamomile, and melissa act soothingly on the central nervous system, resulting in increased drowsiness.
Such a state can arise as a result of overeating, which should not be allowed not only during lunch, but also any other food intake, because it worsens the work of the stomach and intestines, and is also one of the main causes of obesity.
